We’re happy to say that our recent visit to A+A Trade Fair, the no. 1 international event on work safety, was a success ‒ and a true kick-off for our export activities! One in two visitors at the fair was from outside Germany, so it was the perfect platform for us to spread the word about Genetta across the globe.

Consequently, we were in closer contact with around 100 companies about potential resale agreements to 55 countries in all continents. That’s truly a milestone ‒ for a climbing innovation that started from one man’s personal experience and frustration on the poor safety properties of traditional pole climbing gaffs.

To show the versatility of the shoe in practice and the multiple climbing maneuvers that it enables, we had Matti, the innovator of the shoe, climb up our demonstration poles over and over again 🙂 Also many of our potential clients and partners put the shoes and appropriate PPE gear on themselves and climbed. The feedback on the shoes was purely uniform: how can the climbing feel so natural and ergonomic? How can there be so many properties related to safety and productivity in one product? And most importantly ‒ why is this product not yet sold in my country?

This is only a start ‒ on the way to making Genetta a global standard for working at height. If you are interested in selling or distributing Genetta products in your market, do not hesitate to contact our Sales Director:
